These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RoofWorks website and platform (the "Service") operated by RoofWorks ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

RoofWorks provides roofing contractors with storm-scored roofing jobs, a customer-relationship and job-management platform, inspection and reporting tools, and related outreach features. Features and availability may change over time.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be authorized to act for the business you register.

Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from RoofWorks related to appointment scheduling, roof inspections, inspection follow-up, and account or service updates.

• Message frequency varies based on your activity and interactions.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out and stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at the details below.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Our handling of mobile information is described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in and consent information is never shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and to comply with all applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM, and applicable Do-Not-Call rules, when contacting homeowners. You will not misuse the Service, attempt to access it without authorization, or use it to send unlawful or unsolicited communications.

Payment

Paid plans and credits are billed through our payment provider (Stripe) as described at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any particular job outcome, appointment, or sale. Job and property data is provided for your evaluation and may contain inaccuracies.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoofWorks will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
